CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:
- ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: Before April 15th, 2018. The format is four pages in pdf or word including the full address and contact details for every author.
- ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE: The Organizing Committee will meet in May to decide about every abstract. Acceptance or rejection will be communicated by e-mail before May 15th, 2018.
- EARLY REGISTRATION: Before June 30th, 2018. Conference fee: 325 euro (covering attendance, coffee breaks, documents and lunch of July 19th). The Official Registration Form can be accessed through this LINK.
- LATE REGISTRATION: Before July 16th, 2018. Conference fee: 350 euro.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Before payment, you should take into account that under no circumstances will we give back the registration fee. So, check your diary before registering.
- CONFERENCE DATES: From July 16th (Monday) to July 18th (Wednesday), 2018.
REGISTRATION FEE'S SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDENTS:
Three scholarships will be granted for students of the last two courses of the degree of Mathematics at the University of Valencia (corresponding to the exemption of the registration fee). Applicants will submit a copy of their academic record and a letter of motivation to luiacrod@imm.upv.es before July 6th. The Organizing Committee will evaluate these applications (maximum 7 points for the academic record and 3 points for the motivation letter).
After a meeting of the Organization Committee the following students have been awarded with a free registration:

- Miguel Ángel Beltrán Sánchez.
PUBLICATION AFTER THE CONFERENCE:
A special issue of the journal " Mathematics and Computational Applications" published by MDPI: Link to the Special Issue is scheduled. The authors should notice the scope of this journal: "Mathematical and Computational Applications (MCA) is devoted to original research in the field of engineering, natural sciences or social sciences where mathematical and/or computational techniques are necessary for solving specific problems". Some contributions would be selected by the organizing committee for being submitted to this Special Issue. (Accepted papers will be published free of charge ).
